First, before installation

Two, installation time

1, installation is stable: negative pressure fan installation should pay attention to the horizontal level of fan, adjust to negative pressure fan and ground plane level stability. After installation, the motor must not be tilted.

2, the installation of negative pressure fan, the motor should adjust the bolts in a convenient place to operate. Adjust the belt tightness for easy use.

3, installation of suction fan bracket, must let the support and foundation level stable, necessary installation angle iron reinforcement in the negative pressure fan side.

4, after the installation of negative pressure fan, it is necessary to check the tightness around it. If there is a gap, the sun plate or glass glue can be used to seal.

Three, after installation

1, after installation is completed, check whether the negative pressure fan leaves the remaining tools and debris. Use hand or lever to pull fan blade, check whether there is too tight or rub phenomenon, whether or not to prevent the rotation of the goods without abnormal phenomenon, you can carry out test run.

2, such as the operation of negative pressure fan vibration or motor "hum" abnormal sound or other abnormal phenomenon, should stop inspection, to be repaired and then start using.
